Architectural studies and interest for design

Born in 1973, he graduated in architecture at the Polytechnic Institute of Milan in 1998.

He has been then working in London at the Foster+Partners studio, until he started his practice in 2004 in Bergamo. His interest for design urges him to broaden his areas of work, from architecture to interior design, from product design to research.

Sustainable architecture can be counted among his interests, too, and his project Polins is certified with the best building standard, Casa Clima Class A+ and assigned the Environmental and Social Sustainability for the City (Premio Sostenibilità Ambientale e Sociale per il Comune), sponsored by Saint-Gobain Italy and Ancitel Energia e Ambiente ("Energy and Environment").

Beside the award assigned to Polins, others should be mentioned - just to name a few -: the Special Mention won by the door handle Prius at the 21st edition of Compasso d'Oro ADI, in 2008; the Good Design Award assigned to the Tap Mixer Wave by the Chicago Athenaeum, in 2012.
